UI Update

Introduced new UI elements:

-Added "ready up" feature in lobby

-Added glowing aura to denote which champion's turn is active

-Added name displays above champion cards during combat

Bug fixes:

-Fixed an issue where starting another game on a pre-existing lobby would cause the game to load in improperly
